Corporate responsibility for business, social and environmental matters is part of our day-to-day business in IMPaX Products. The IMPaX WORLD family of products guarantees its product as to the quality of manufacture.
Our Best Practice Principles (BPP) consist of a set of objective standards of business, social and environmental conduct that require IMPaX Products family independent dealers and, where relevant, their business partners, to go about their activities with integrity and in a responsible way.
Fundamental to the BPPs relating to responsible business practices is the requirement that all independent dealers act ethically, for example, by adhering to national law and not partnering where this would encourage or support conflict.
In addition, the BPPs seek to ensure high levels of health, safety and labor standards, including the protection of children from child labor and full compliance with international best practices with respect to the environment.
The BPPs apply to the IMPaX Products family of Independent Dealers. The IMPaX Products family of Independent Dealers are required to use their best endeavors to ensure that the relevant businesses with which they work also comply with these rigorous, objective standards.
The BPPs are a fair and transparent means of ensuring that relevant dealers carry on their businesses in a sustainable way by operating to high ethical, legal, professional, social and environmental standards
